WINDSOR NAIL SPA POLICY


  • APPOINTMENTS


  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

    Please specify the type of service you require with any add-ons so we can book the required time frame needed for your appointment booking.

    If you are running late, please let us know. Please keep in mind that we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.

    We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your services. We also are not responsible for mishaps happened when you are not in our service.

    Walk-ins are welcomed. However, we strongly advised customers with special need to make an appointment to ensure the service on the time. We also preserve the right for our staff to decide to accept walk-in customers depend on the main power and availability.

    We work as a team to ensure highest quality services for our customers. Our relationship is based on mutual respect. If for any reason you are not please with your technician or services, please inform us. We try our best to accommodate that request.


  • CANCELLATIONS


  • Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible best for a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

    When you forget or cancel an appointment without enough notice, this will leave our technicians with empty appointments and loss time. Unfortunately, that leaves us to turn away clients who could potentially fill in your reserved time frame. Therefore, as a courtesy to our salon, we rely on our clients to respect and honor their reserved appointment dates.

    We reserve the right to update our policy at any time.


  • GIFT CERTIFICATES


  • Gift certificates are valid to the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate.

    The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

    Any unused balance of the gift certificate can be redeemed by the original expiration date indicated on the gift certificate.

    Gift certificates have no cash value and therefore, cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.


  • REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


  • If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service.

    You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.

    We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
    We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.

    As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

    We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.

    For example due to your own lack of care your nails, or the finish to your nails, they are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).

    If you have any questions on how to care for your nails please ask the nail technician.


  • SAFETY


  • For your safety, please wait for the service person to guide you to your place of service and be cautious when walking around the store and look for warning sign such as wet floor. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.

    The restroom is reserved for customers and staff. Customers with special need, elderly or small children should wait for help to use it.

    Please inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances. Please also advise our staff of any health issues or sensitivities you may have before receiving any service.

    Inform the salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.
